Welcome to Adogen. By accessing or using our tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Adogen.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Adogen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Adogen is a free tool that helps Adobe Stock contributors generate metadata (titles, keywords, categories) for their images using AI engines. The service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

3. User Accounts & API Keys

  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys for third-party AI engines (Groq, Mistral AI, OpenRouter, Cloudflare, or custom endpoints).
  • API keys are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.
  • You are solely responsible for any costs incurred through your use of third-party AI engines.
  • You must keep your API keys secure. Adogen is not liable for any unauthorized use of your keys.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Adogen, you agree that:

  • You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You own the rights to the images you upload or have obtained necessary permissions.
  • Your images and generated metadata do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
  • You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.

5. Third-Party Services

Adogen integrates with third-party AI engines. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • The availability or uptime of third-party APIs.
  • The accuracy or quality of generated metadata.
  • Any costs, fees, or charges incurred through third-party services.
  • The privacy practices or data handling of third-party providers.

Please review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use through Adogen.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Adogen – The tool, its code, design, and branding are owned by us.
  • Your Content – You retain all rights to the images you upload and the metadata generated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Adogen is provided “as is” without any warranties.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tool, including but not limited to:
    • Loss of data or profits
    • API costs or billing issues
    • Inaccurate metadata leading to Adobe Stock rejections
    • Service interruptions or downtime

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Adogen.

8. Privacy

Your use of Adogen is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Adogen at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
