“API Key ditolak” (API Key rejected)
- Make sure your API key is correct and active
- For Groq: verify the key starts with
gsk_ - For Cloudflare: ensure your API token has Workers AI: Run permission
- Try creating a new API key from your provider’s dashboard
“Failed to process image”
- The image may be too large (max 10 MB)
- The file format may not be supported (use JPEG, PNG, or WebP)
- Try resizing the image manually before uploading
“AI tidak memberikan respon” (No response from AI)
- The AI engine may be experiencing downtime — try another engine
- Check your internet connection
- If using a custom endpoint, verify the URL is correct and accessible
Rate limit errors
- Increase the delay between requests in Settings (try 3–5 seconds)
- Switch to a different AI engine temporarily
- Check your engine’s dashboard for current rate limits
Images appear blurry or low quality
- Adogen automatically resizes images to 1024px wide to save bandwidth
- The AI analyzes the content, not the resolution — metadata quality should not be affected
- If needed, use a higher resolution original in your final Adobe Stock upload
Regenerate button not working
- The regenerate function uses the same engine and API key as the original generation
- If your API key has changed, regenerate may fail — delete the item and re-upload the image
- If the error persists, try switching engines and generating again
History is empty after browser restart
- History is stored in localStorage and may be cleared if you use private/incognito mode
- Some browser extensions or cleaners may remove localStorage data
- Make sure you’re using the same browser and profile
Nothing happens when I click Generate
- Check if you’re in Text mode and haven’t entered a description
- Check if you’re in Image mode and haven’t uploaded any images
- Verify that your API key is filled in (or you’re using a free engine)
- Look for an error message in the UI
